As an independent designer & brand TOMBOGO has a firm policy on returning & exchanging orders. 

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL
  • PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 WEEKS FOR SHIPPING
  • FOR EXCHANGES PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT WITHIN 24HRS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
  • EXCHANGED PRODUCTS MUST BE UNWORN & IN THE SAME CONDITIONED AS RECEIVED
  • CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS ON SIZE EXCHANGES 
  • WE CANNOT ACCEPT AN EXCHANGE THAT HAVE SIGNS OF BEING WORN, ALTERED, OR DAMAGED
